Is shopping online safe?
Shopping at www.pureclinica.com is safe. Every credit/debit card purchase is processed via PayPal or Amazon Checkout using secure server technology. Paypal's software, with over 240 million registered users, is amongst the most secure in the industry. It encrypts all of your personal information so that it cannot be read during transmission over the Internet. Further, we do not store or even have access to any of the personal details you enter on the PayPal payment site when ordering with us. Your credit/debit card details will never be seen by us or stored anywhere on www.pureclinica.com. Googlecheckout use similar technology and guarantee security is of the upmost standard. Again we do not have access to, nor do we store your credit card details when paying via googlecheckout.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal and Amazon Checkout as our online payment service providers and through them can accept payment via:

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most Countries. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to some Countries such as Iraq and parts of Africa. For orders from the UK and the EU, we ship same day from the UK if the order is placed before 2pm UK time. We ship orders placed before 2pm Eastern Monday to Friday from within the USA, and we ship daily via international mailing options to all other countries. .
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us. We accept and pay for returns if we have messed up the order somehow and we will endeavour to ensure that your are more than happy with the service you receive. We will send replacements free of charge if your order gets damaged in transit or lost and we will try to reply to all enquiries within 1 working day. How soon can I expect my order?
If your order is received by us before 2pm Eastern Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched the same day, otherwise it will be the following day. This is with the exception of orders placed on Saturdays, which are dispatched the following Monday (except for bank holidays). Within the USA we use USPS and DHL. Within the UK we use Royal Mail for domestic and international orders. We will provide you with the order tracking number upon dispatch of your order so you can trace it. If you live in the UK you should receive your order within 72 hours and often in as little as 18 hours. International orders may take up to 28 days.
The shopping cart / login system is not working?
If you cannot login or the shopping cart is behaving unexpectedly, than it is likely your browser is not accepting cookies. Our login system and shopping cart require cookies in order to operate. Please check your browser settings. Please note that cookies are harmless. They are merely a text file and cannot contain viruses, or anything harmful nor can they read any data on your computer. Our cookies simply allow us to know that you are logged in and keep track of which shopping cart belongs to you.
