T-kat Ali, scientifically known as Eurycoma longifolia, is a plant native to the rainforests of Southeast Asia, particularly found in countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. I feel better now at 48 than I did in my 20s. This stuff is potent and seems to have increased my bodies own production of test. I'm certainly a lot more frisky, and my training feels well, just easier. I pushed 2 plates on each side on incline bench which is a first in more than a decade.
