Curcumin

Curcumin is the compound people are actually after when they reach for turmeric, valued for centuries in Ayurvedic tradition and now one of the most studied plant extracts in the world. The catch is that turmeric root is only two to five percent curcuminoids by weight, so a scoop of kitchen turmeric delivers very little of the active. Standardisation is how a serious extract is measured: our range runs from Double Strength Turmeric at 1000mg up to Turmeric & 95% Curcumin, which combines a full-spectrum turmeric root extract with a second extract standardised to 95% curcuminoids. That percentage is printed on the label because it, not the raw milligram figure, is what tells you how much curcumin you're truly getting.

Curcumin is notoriously hard to absorb on its own, so every product here includes black pepper extract, its piperine is the long-established partner used to raise curcumin uptake, so the dose you take is a dose your body can use. Double Strength Turmeric (1000mg x 180 tablets) is the clean everyday option at one tablet a day and six months to a bottle. Turmeric & 95% Curcumin (1105mg x 180 tablets) is the concentrated choice for those who want the highest curcuminoid content. Inflammease Ultra Complete (1305mg x 90 tablets) is the broad-spectrum option, bringing curcumin together with resveratrol, ginger, alpha lipoic acid and spirulina in a single tablet for people who prefer several plant extracts at once.

There's no point in a curcumin tablet that skips the pepper or hides a token amount of extract, so ours are built around standardised, absorbable curcuminoids at strengths you can see on the label. Bottles are sized for a proper run, up to 180 tablets, so you're not repurchasing every few weeks.
