Free Delivery

• UK orders
  All UK orders over £50 are shipped free of charge via Hermes. This service typically takes 1 to 2 days.
  Should you wish to receive your order sooner, you can upgrade to one of the services provided by Royal Mail, or to a Courier service if your order is too large. The cost of upgrading to a different service is shown below.

• International Delivery
  We use the Royal Mails Airmail service for all normal sized international orders. Delivery times vary by country so please visit the Royal Mails website to find out delivery times for your country. 
  In our experience, typical delivery times are:

  • Europe - 5 working days
  • USA and Canada - 10 working days
  • Australia - 10 to 15 working days
  • Asia - 15 working days
  • The rest of the world - 20 working days.

  Please note, these are just our experience, times may vary.

  The Royal Mail Airmail service does not provide a tracking facility beyond that of the parcels delivery to the UK Customs. Once the parcel leaves the UK it is no longer traceable. For this reason we do not pay for this facility. As such international orders are not traceable. Should you not receive your order please wait four weeks from receiving your despatch email. If after that time it has not arrived please contact us and we will do whatever we can to help resolve the problem and get your order to you as quick as possible.

  For large international orders (12 items or more) we use a courier facility. As with the Royal Mail Airmail service, delivery times vary by country so please check with the courier. Typical delivery times by courier are much shorter than Royal Mail Airmail, though they can be as long as 4 weeks. All of the courier service providers we use operate a tracking system for international orders. Should your order not arrive when expected, please check the tracking information to locate your parcel. If after doing this you have no luck in finding your order, please contact the courier. They will have a customer service phone number on their website. If you still have no luck then please contact us and we will do whatever we can to help resolve the problem and get your order to you as quick as possible.

Discreet Billing and Packaging
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. To that end our delivery and billing service is as discreet as possible. 
All orders are shipped in plain unbranded packaging with no mention of the contents of the parcel on any of our outer packaging. 
Your credit or debit card statement will show only the name ‘Pureclinica'. Any parcels you receive from us will look like the images shown below. 

Same Day Shipping
If you place your order before 2pm on any working day (Eastern time for USA), we will dispatch it the very same day guaranteed. If your order is placed after 2pm or on a weekend it will be shipped the next working day.

UK orders:

• Next day Hermes Delivery is £2.99 per order
• For orders over £50 next day Hermes delivery is 100% free.
• Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery is £4.90 per order
• Guaranteed Saturday Delivery is £9.90 per order

European Union orders:

• Royal Mail Standard Airmail Delivery is £3.99.
• Royal Mail Airmail Signed For is £6.90 per order (please note this service only allows tracking up to the point at which the parcel leaves the UK. After this it cannot be tracked)
• 3 to 5 Day Courier Service with tracking is £16 per order

International orders (excluding Europe)

• Royal Mail Standard Airmail Delivery is £3.99.
• Royal Mail Airmail Signed For is £7.90 per order (please note this service only allows tracking up to the point at which the parcel leaves the UK. After this it cannot be tracked)
• Economical Courier Service with tracking is £21 per order
