Standard international shipping is not fully trackable end-to-end. For fully tracked delivery we recommend upgrading to a courier service at checkout. Should your order not arrive within 4 weeks of the dispatch email, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to help resolve the problem.
Discreet Billing and Packaging
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of the contents on any outer packaging. Your card statement will show only "Pureclinica".
Same Day Shipping
If you place your order before 2pm Eastern Time on any working day, we will dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend will be shipped the next working day.
