I started this for blood sugar support and within a couple of weeks my energy felt much more stable. No more mid-afternoon crashes or intense carb cravings. I’ve tried standard berberine before and it upset my stomach — this one doesn’t. Feels like a much more advanced formula.

Nicely packaged, and delivered promptly. The tablets are a nice size and fairly easy to swallow. I bought them to give a little boost to lowering my BP. It's early days, so I dont know if they do that exactly, but Green Tea extract is good for me anyway. I will definitely buy more when they run out.
I ordered this supplement to aid in keeping me asleep throughout the night and I can confirm that I no longer wake between 3 - 4 am.
