What is Glutathione?

Glutathione is a naturally occurring molecule found in the cells of all living organisms, including humans. It is composed of three amino acids: cysteine, glutamate, and glycine.

In supplements, Glutathione comes in various forms, but one form stands above all others - reduced Glutathione.

This form is more expensive to produce, but it is in what is called an "active" state. This means it is ready to go before you pop it in your mouth.

The vast majority of Glutathione supplements do not contain reduced form, making them less efficient.

We packed 500mg of reduced form Glutathione into each tablet, making them twice as strong as most other leading brands' supplements, which typically only contain between 50mg and 250mg per tablet.

To further improve the formula we included 2 additional nutrients - Alpha Lipoic Acid and Vitamin C. Both of these help to increase the Glutathione by recycling it back into an active state once it becomes oxidized.

I have always loved this product ,but since it has been repackaged and the ingredients are still the same as written,they are not working the same way as the old tablets?Excellent service though!

I've not used it enough yet to see results but the texture and flow is good. Disappointed that the bottle seemed half empty on receipt.... Let's see!

I suspect this product doesnt contain Vitamin C at all…

I have tried other products with Vitamin C, and one way of immediately tell whether they ACTUALLY contain vitamin C is to leave some product out of the bottle and watch it oxidyze by the next day (turn orange-brown colour). This is perfectly normal when left in contact with the air.
The Pureclinica product does NOT go orange / brown. Additionally, there is no mention in the actual product of the concentration it contains, which seems like a clever way of confusing advertising. I’ve also used retinol from other brands and my skin always reacts to it as I am very sensitive, however, this product did not affect my skin despite being advertised at triple strength. Once again, there is no mention in the packaging about the concentration of retinol it contains, only in the website. Strange…

Lucky though I can swallow big tablets as I am used to swallow - still these are immense - impossible to give to my husband- with yoghurt and oil perfect still for me - looking forward to positive impact on my health !
