REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
This Refunds and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through www.pureclinica.com and its subdomains (the “Website”).
The Website is operated commercially by Kinetic Forward LLC under a brand licensing and services arrangement.
The seller of record for purchases made through the Website depends on the customer’s delivery location:
• For customers located within the European Union, purchases are made from Pureclinica EU OÜ as the seller of record.
• For customers located outside the European Union, purchases are made from Kinetic Forward LLC as the seller of record.
The applicable seller is disclosed during the checkout process and in order confirmation communications.
“Pureclinica” is a brand name owned by Pureclinica EU OÜ. Customer service may be handled by Pureclinica EU OÜ or other authorised service providers acting on behalf of the applicable seller of record.
We pride ourselves on ensuring our products are made and packaged with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.
60 Day Return Policy
We offer a 60-day return policy to our customers.
If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be handled in accordance with our Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures.
To request a return during the 60-day return period, you must first obtain an RMA number.
Any unauthorized return received may be returned to you at your sole expense.
If an RMA number is issued and we do not receive your return within sixty (60) days from the date of issuance, we reserve the right to cancel the RMA upon written notice to you and retain any monies already refunded or credited in connection with that return.
You may cancel an RMA prior to shipping your return by providing written notice to us. Upon receipt of such notice, the RMA will be cancelled.
If your return is received within sixty (60) days of RMA issuance, we will process the return within two (2) business days.
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment (credit card, debit card, or PayPal account) within thirty (30) days from completion of the return process.

Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer care team at:

Please provide your full name, address, and order number.
If you cancel part of an order, the postage and packaging charge will be recalculated based on the value of the items you keep.
Cooling-Off Period (Statutory Rights)
Consumers located in the European Union and the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
This statutory right is separate from, and in addition to, our voluntary 60-day return policy.
Consumer rights may vary depending on your country of residence and the nature of the products purchased.
Return Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If we have sent an incorrect item or a defective product, we will cover the reasonable return postage costs.

processing refunds
approving or rejecting returns
