Our Subscribe and Save service allows you to receive your favorite health supplements at a discounted price, delivered automatically on a schedule that suits you. You can choose from monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly deliveries, and you’ll save 20% on monthly subscriptions, 15% on subscriptions every 2 or 3 months, and 10% on deliveries every 6 months. Plus, you’ll never run out of your essential supplements!

How can I manage or change my subscription?

From there, you can adjust your delivery frequency, change products, pause, or cancel your subscription. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one using the email you signed up with. How do I update the items in my subscription or change the delivery schedule?

To update your items or change your delivery frequency, simply log in to your account, navigate to your subscription details, and make the necessary changes. You can add or remove products, adjust the delivery intervals, or even pause the subscription if needed. When will I be charged for my subscription

Your subscription will be charged on the same day that you placed your first order, based on your chosen delivery schedule (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). You’ll receive an email reminder before your payment is processed, and you can always check the next billing date by logging into your account.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime after your second delivery. Simply log in to your account and find your active subscriptions. Click on “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the settings page. If you need help, our customer care team can assist with cancellations. Please note, canceling means losing out on your discounted pricing and other benefits, but we understand that flexibility is important!

What if I don’t want to create an account or I’ve lost the subscription email?

No problem! If you don’t want to create an account or have lost the email we sent when you signed up, you can still manage your subscription by contacting our customer care team at [email address]. We’ll be happy to help you pause, amend, or cancel your subscription manually.

Is there a minimum term for the Subscribe and Save service?

Yes, there is a minimum term of two orders before you can make changes or cancel your subscription.

This policy is in place because sadly when we first launched our subscribe and save service, it was often misused for the discount. To prevent further misuse of the discounts offered with it, ensuring that we can continue to offer this beneficial service to our customers.

After the second delivery of your order, you are free to pause, amend, or cancel your subscription at any time.
