The pump is legit.
I was skeptical about a gummy, but the muscle fullness and pump I get from these is better than any powder I've used. I feel stronger and my muscles look fuller.

I was skeptical about a gummy, but the muscle fullness and pump I get from these is better than any powder I've used. I feel stronger and my muscles look fuller.
Hated mixing creatine powder. It was always gritty and a hassle. These taste like candy and I can just grab them and go. My strength is up and I feel great. Will definitely be re-ordering.
I hate the gross chalky taste of creatine and ttying to drink it in water or a protein shake was pretty rank. These gummies make it much easier, no grit, no getting struck in the back of your throat. They taste amazing so its like the exact opposite. As for results, strength’s up, recovery’s faster which is huge for me because I'm doing push pull legs twice a week with a dayoff in the middle, and I feel like I can keep pushing hard to failure on every set right until I finish. Delivery was speedy too. Decent price if you buy more, but bit pricey compared to powder still.
As a trainer, I'm always wary of gimmicks but the science behind the SLCre® ion-activation makes perfect sense to me. Creatine transport is the limiting factor, and this is the first product I’ve seen that directly addresses it and puts it in a convenient format. I'd have preferred it in a powder because it's generally better value for money and allows me stricter control over what I eat, but these kind of feel like a treat so I'm not too disappointed.
I recommended them to a few of my clients who hated the bloating from monohydrate powder or just didn't like taking powders, and one guy who had never used creatine before. They've all had great results. They're getting stronger and seem to have more stamina threw our sessions.
Worth a shot, especially if you've hit a wall in your training.
I used to have a whole stack: creatine powder, a separate BCAA drink, and L-Carnitine pills. This has replaced all of them. I take five of these before I lift, and my energy, pump, and endurance are all noticeably better. Recovery has been solid too—less soreness the day after a heavy leg session. This simplifies everything and it actually works.
I’ve been into the biohacking for years tracking macros, bloodwork, HRV, fasting, cold plunges, everything.
I’ve used creatine daily for almost a decade, mainly for strength but recently I've also been using it for cognitive improvements (there’s solid research showing that 20 g/day for several weeks can improve working memory and brain energy metabolism, especially under stress or sleep deprivation). A typical day for me involves a mix of 10g of mono powder into my BCAAs intra-workout, along with L-citrulline and some potassium, that takes care of my first dose. I take the 2nd dose of creatine late at night, but swallowing powders on a night made me feel uncomfortable in bed and it felt like a sleep disruptor.
Desipte that, I steared clear of gummies, figuring the amount required, cost, and artificial flavor and junk added too many cons.
When I got the prelaunch offer email I was intrigued but not fully sold. After spending a bit of time digging into the science behind their sl creatine and absorption, I decided they could be perfect as a kind of “dessert dose" after dinner.
I take 10 of them about 2 hours before bed ,giving me my 2nd 10g of creatine and they’re ideal. Taste great, no discomfort, or disruption to my sleep.
The ion-activated SL creatine uses sodium and potassium pairing, which is smart because that’s literally how the SLC6A8 transporter in muscle and brain cells works. The D-Ribose inclusion helps replenish ATP directly, and Astaxanthin adds an antioxidant buffer that might reduce oxidative stress from both workouts and high cognitive load. I also like that they included Magnesium Citrate, since magnesium is a cofactor in ATP production and helps the mind relax and improves sleep and recover, and Black Pepper Extract to improve uptake little details that show some thought went into the formulation.
I wouldn’t replace my gym-time creatine powder with these entirely, but for the other half of my daily dose, they’re perfect.
For anyone stacking creatine for both brain and body, this format just makes the whole process easier.
Been lifting for 18 years and tried every creatine under the sun. These are my new go to. No bloating or water weight, just good support for working towards gains while staying tight. Get a better pump and tastes good too. I just throw a few in my mouth through out the day. Definitely staying on these.
I’ve been stuck on a bench press plateau for months. After three weeks on these, I finally pushed past it. My recovery between sets feels quicker and I can maintain my intensity for longer throughout my workout. The BCAA and taurine blend is a great touch. It’s a well-rounded formula that goes beyond just creatine.
I train first thing in the morning before work and do IF until 6pm so had to take the powder on an empty stomach. It often gave me really bad butt sneezes and stomach pain.
Gummies solved that problem. I take five just before leaving home with a redull, and I get a good feeling of being awake by the time I get there. They definitely help with training. I do a combination of functional patterns, HIIT and regular old school lifting. I’ve been taking them daily for just over a month, and my recovery time is way better. My dumbell press and cable rows have gone up more than ever before, and I don’t feel as drained by the end of the session. Even with taking them on an empty stomach and them containing a lot of different ingredients, I’ve never had any pain or uneasy feeling and they taste great. My gf tried the Femaile version too and likes them, so now we both use them. They’re the easiest supplement I’ve ever stuck with.
best tasting gummies I've ever had and a solid dose of quality creatine
I was drawn to these because I’ve been plant-based for years and struggled to find a creatine that wasn’t made with animal-derived ingredients or weird fillers. These tick every box. The fact that they’re vegan and third-party tested gave me confidence to give them a go. I take them after my training, and I’ve noticed more energy and less fatigue throughout the week. The taste is like soft skittles, they're quite sweet but not too sweet. They also don’t leave a grainy or sticky texture that other gummies I tried seemed to all have.
I’ve been using them for about six weeks now, and what really stands out is how smooth my recovery feels. No soreness that drags into the next day, and my hydration seems better too. The packaging is resealable, and I appreciate that it’s recyclable—little things like that matter. They’re easy to travel with and don’t melt or clump together. All in all, they’re convenient, effective, and feel like a genuinely high quality supplement. Highly recommended.
