Magnesium is great for helping to get to sleep. For me i’m not staring at the ceiling until 1am anymore or rolling around uncomfortably which is something I have done for most of my adult life. I take one with water about two hours before bed and within an hour I’m yawning. No drowsy feeling the next morning either. Works
My 11-year-old shepherd mix, Luna, was diagnosed with a small lump on her side last year. Nothing aggressive, but it scared us enough to start looking into ways to support her immune system. Our vet mentioned Turkey Tail, and after reading up on it, we decided to try this one.
She’s been on it for about eight months now — just one caplet crushed into her food each morning — and the difference is noticeable. Her energy is back, her coat looks shinier, and she hasn’t had so much as a sniffle since. The vet said her bloodwork at the last visit looked “excellent for her age,” which made my day.
I can’t say it’s a miracle cure, but it feels like we’re doing something that genuinely helps her stay strong and resilient. For an older dog who used to pick up every little infection, that’s everything. I’m keeping her on it for good.
I started taking a Turkey Tail supplement after the plandemic a year ago and switched to this recently because I got the pre release offer. Even though I paid less than the RRP price, I'll still give my honest take. With that said, first thing to note is that it's not easy to measure the benefits like you can with ssomething like creatine, but normally by this time of year my body reacts to the changing season (man-flu as my wife calls it). But I haven’t had so much as a runny nose and I work outside.
On top of that, my energy is up — even on days when I sturggle to sleep. I don’t get that run-down feeling. I’m happy to give credit to this and state that it’s given my immune system the boost it needs at this time of year. Bonus points for this being a one and done tablet. I like knowing they send their products for testing, gives me confidence it’s not got any chemicals or heavy metals. I can't think of any cons really. Definitely staying on this through winter.
