Tastes like nothing, mixes in two seconds, and just works. Been hitting PRs again for the first time in months. No bloat, no drama.
Been taking this for about 8 weeks now. Recovery between workouts is definitely faster, and I’m not dragging myself through my last sets anymore. I used to think creatine was just for guys trying to bulk, but it’s one of the few supplements that actually does something noticeable. I like that this one’s pure, tested, and doesn’t come with junk fillers. Feels clean, performs well, and the sustainability angle is a bonus. Loses a point because there are cheaper options around.
This creatine is SO good. Zero taste, zero clumps, and it’s vegan which is a huge plus for me. I just mix it with my protein after the gym and I’m done. The resealable pouch is actually great too — no more giant plastic tubs taking up space.
I specifically looked for fermentation-sourced creatine because it’s cleaner than synthetic forms made with cyanamide or sarcosine. The 99.9% purity claim is actually legit, I asked for the COA, and it checked out. Dissolves fast, absorbs well, and no stomach discomfort. I also like that they vacuum-dry it instead of using high heat, a small detail, but it keeps the molecule stable IYKYN.
There's loads of benefits to taking creatine, but if you get a low quality powder then don't expect much. This brand focuses on making high-quality supplements and backing it up with the receipts. I like that they're transparent about the manufacturing methods used and the testing.
Been training for 20+ years. Tried every kind of creatine you can think of—monohydrate, kre-alkalyn, buffered, all of it. Always end up coming back to pure monohydrate because it’s what actually works. This one’s up there with the cleanest I’ve had. Mixes instantly, no stomach issues, and I like that it’s made through fermentation instead of chemical synthesis. Most brands don’t bother telling you how it’s made. Been on it for nearly 2 months, strength and recovery both noticeably improved.
After years of swtiching between different brands that all claimed to be 99.9% pure, this is the first one that actually lives up to the claim. I’ve been training for over a decade, and creatine is one of those staples I’ve cycled in and out of—usually because of the bloating or the chalky sludge that settles at the bottom of the glass. This one solved both problems.
Mixing & Taste: It’s basically invisible. I mix one scoop (5g) with water or my post-workout protein shake, and it disappears in seconds—no grit, no flavor, no chemical smell. I’ve tested it side-by-side with two other “micronized” creatines, and this one genuinely dissolves faster and more completely. Even the texture of the powder feels finer—like powdered sugar instead of sand.
Performance & Recovery: Started noticing results around week two. My lifts are up across the board—deadlifts from 315 to 335 lbs for the same reps, and recovery between heavy sets feels way better. DOMS has been noticeably reduced too, especially after leg days. I haven’t experienced any bloating or stomach discomfort, which is usually my main issue with cheaper creatines.
Purity & Transparency: What sold me was that it’s made through fermentation, not synthetic chemical processes. No animal stuff, no weird additives. I looked up their COA and the 99.9% purity claim checks out. Knowing it’s third-party tested makes it feel like a product I can take daily without worrying about hidden fillers or contaminants.
Storage & Packaging: Comes in a resealable pouch instead of a plastic tub, which I usually prefer but more on that below. The pouch is advertised as being recyclable and eco friendly ink which is a plus.
Minor Downside: Still on the pouch, resealing it can be a bit fiddly, I would prefer a ziplock, though it's better and easier than tub.
Final Thoughts:
After six weeks of daily use, I’m stronger, recovering faster, and not dealing with any of the usual side effects. This is easily the cleanest, most efficient creatine I’ve tried. Perfect for anyone who wants results without the junk.
Pro Tip: Stir it into warm water first—it dissolves instantly—then add cold water or your shake. Perfect mix every time.
I read about creatine being good for cognitive health and thought I’d give it a go. After about three weeks, I haven't noticed much in the way of ability to recall any faster or focus for longer, but I wasn’t crashing mid-afternoon as hard as before. I also feel like my workouts don’t wipe me out as much. I mix a scoop in my orange juice every morning — it disappears near instantly. Love that it’s simple and doesn’t have sweeteners or weird additives.
Update 16th October: in my earlier review I should have noted I was taking 5g a day. For cognitive improvement you're supposed to take 20g a day. I started doing that a little over a week ago so it's still early but the research seems promising so we'll see.
I’m not a bodybuilder. I just started going to the gym and pilates again after a long break and wanted something to help get me back into a more toned shape. This one appealed to me because it’s vegan and doesn’t have artificial ingredients inside. I take it with a morning smoothie or juice. It’s completely flavorless and I’ve noticed I don’t get as sore after workouts as I was expecting too. It’s easy to stick with, which is saying something because I usually forget supplements or hate to take them.
They posted my order the same day and it was waiting for me the next day when I came home from work. Can’t comment on the results because its only been 3 days but it mixes easily and doesn't taste of anything or smell.
Does what it should. Strength up, no bloat, mixes smooth. Would buy again.
Didn’t expect much, but this stuff legit made a difference. Feels like more gas in the tank during workouts. No weird taste either.
At 5g I didn't see any difference. Could be my age or size. I doubled it up to 10g. Definitely a lot stronger. Hit an old PR on dumbell press with the 50kg dumbells. Last time I lifted those was 15 years ago when I was in still in my 30s.
Okay so I’ve tried a few creatine powders before and they always gave me that heavy feeling in my gut. This one doesn’t. I can literally drink it with just water and it disappears completely — no grainy bits. Been taking it daily for almost a month now. I didn’t “load,” just one scoop a day. My lifts are all creeping up and I swear even my focus feels sharper (read something about it helping with brain energy too). Feels clean, no chemical smell, no added crap.
