Turkey Tail

Thanks
First time using turkey tail so cant give a review on that yet.
I have tried other brands of turkey tail mushroom capsules,
and the mill contents seems the right amount, not to potent and not under. You only need to take one daily, which is very
convenient. Yes I will definitely order from pureclinica
again. Thanks very much.
My order came just one day after ordering which was wonderful
All good, great product
I was impressed with Pureclinica. My order arrived the next day and I’m very impressed with the all round service. Before I chose my supplement provider, I researched the market thoroughly and Pureclincia stood out. This is the first time I’ve taken supplements so I wanted reassurance of the quality and ingredients. I have stage four cancer. I have added several supplements to the treatment I’m getting from the NHS. I look forward to our journey together 🙏
So happy to come across this high dose 1000 mg ECGC extract - much needed for cancer support. It was becoming an ordeal taking 5-10 pills to achieve this dose with other brands. It's a highly trusted brand - with highest single dose online. Will be even more thrilled when they upgrade to phytosome circumin 1000 mg - a much in demand bioavailable supplement that's a challenge to come by.
My 11-year-old shepherd mix, Luna, was diagnosed with a small lump on her side last year. Nothing aggressive, but it scared us enough to start looking into ways to support her immune system. Our vet mentioned Turkey Tail, and after reading up on it, we decided to try this one.
She’s been on it for about eight months now — just one caplet crushed into her food each morning — and the difference is noticeable. Her energy is back, her coat looks shinier, and she hasn’t had so much as a sniffle since. The vet said her bloodwork at the last visit looked “excellent for her age,” which made my day.
I can’t say it’s a miracle cure, but it feels like we’re doing something that genuinely helps her stay strong and resilient. For an older dog who used to pick up every little infection, that’s everything. I’m keeping her on it for good.
I started taking a Turkey Tail supplement after the plandemic a year ago and switched to this recently because I got the pre release offer. Even though I paid less than the RRP price, I'll still give my honest take. With that said, first thing to note is that it's not easy to measure the benefits like you can with ssomething like creatine, but normally by this time of year my body reacts to the changing season (man-flu as my wife calls it). But I haven’t had so much as a runny nose and I work outside.
On top of that, my energy is up — even on days when I sturggle to sleep. I don’t get that run-down feeling. I’m happy to give credit to this and state that it’s given my immune system the boost it needs at this time of year. Bonus points for this being a one and done tablet. I like knowing they send their products for testing, gives me confidence it’s not got any chemicals or heavy metals. I can't think of any cons really. Definitely staying on this through winter.
It does exactly what I wanted: better energy, easier to get work done, and less feeling tired. fast shipping speed too.
Three months ago, our 9-year-old golden retriever, Logan, gave us the biggest scare of our lives. Out of nowhere, he lost his energy, stopped eating properly, and just wasn’t himself. Tests showed a growth on his spleen, and the vet suspected hemangiosarcoma. We went ahead with the surgery, but were told to “make the most of the next few months.”. To say we were heart broken is an understatement. He's always been the happiest move loving good boy we could have hoped for, so to see him weak and struggling, it makes me feel sick in my stomach just thinking about it.
As soon as we go the diagnosis I started researching ways to help his recovery and make him more comfortable. It was the vet that recommended turkey tail and I read just about every study I could find in one night and decided right away to add it to his routine. We've been giving him one caplet twice a day — half a caplet crushed into his breakfast at 8 a.m., and the other half with dinner around 6 p.m. He doesn’t notice it at all when mixed with his food.
We also overhauled his diet — switched to grain-free kibble with cooked salmon, broccoli, and pumpkin for digestion and nutrients. He always loved his food and seeing him not wanting to eat was a constant reminder of his suffering. But within the first month, his appetite started to improve. By week six, he was eating it all in one sitting.
We're three months in to this and he's not out of the woods yet but his happy bouncy personality is coming back and I'm so proud of the strength he's shown. He's playful again, chasing his ball in the garden, jumping up on to the sofa with us on a night, eating a lot more, and sleeping through the night. His stools are back to being solid too.
At his last check-up, the vet said his blood work was excellent and that his recovery was better than expected. For the first time since this nightmare began, fingers crossed we actually have some light at the end of the tunnel.
Whether it’s the Turkey Tail, the diet, his fighting spirit, or just good fortune something’s clearly working.
We thought he had weeks and yet here we are — three months later, he’s more himself again.
If you’re on the fence about trying Turkeytail for your dog I’d say why wait? I I read soe many reviews from other dog owners and studies and there seems to be only upside, and it does seem to be helping.
Well I only got them yesterday so its too early to tell if they work? I will say they are excellent value for money and if any of this kind of thing is going to work it will be these since they packed 15grams of it into one tablet. They shipped my order overnight, it came well packed and they kept me informed by email and text message at each step of the way. I wasn't home when the delivery guy came but he left them in a safe spot for me and I got a link to the tracking page with a photo showing exactly where they put my package.
For years I’ve had the worst sleep, everynight wake up at 2 or 3 and stare at the ceiling. Pureclinica are a wonderful supplement brand and have always been kind and helpful. When I got the email about trying out the new turkey tail mushrooms supplement and they talked about it helping with sleep I thought why not try it.
I can't remember when things started to change for me but its only been 3 weeks sinces I got my order and even in this small time I’m sleeping for a lot longer. It was because of last night that i decided I should write this review because I went right the way to morning without being woken up. The difference in how I feel during the day is like night and day. Something I didn't notice but my sister pointed out to me was that my hayfeaver wasn't flaring anywhere near as much and now that I write this I remember them saying it is popular for people who want to work on building a stronger immune system so maybe thats what is happening to me too.
One last thing I used to get bright red skin on the back of my neck when I get hot and that seems to have cleared up because I have been to pilattes or Barrys every night this week after work and I didnt notice at first but a few days ago I noticed it wasn't red when it normally would be. The last 2 nights it wasn't red either so thats at least 3 days in a row. I will definitely keep track of that and follow up here in a month.
All in all I give it 5 stars and I recommend you try it if anything i wrote resonates.
I have ME/CFS, PTSD, and chronic anxiety so I haven't been able to work since 2019. I tread carefully with supplements and changes to medication. Many promise the world but deliver little which I can ill afford to throw money away on. I won’t exaggerate, this hasn’t “cured” any of it, but what it has done is give me a more stable baseline of energy so I can do a bit more each day before exhaustion sets in. That’s massive progress in my world. Being able to do the things most take for granted like cooking dinner and tidy up after without needing to lie down feels like progress. I’ll keep at it and see how far it goes.
I’ve been experimenting with supplements for a while now — creatine, NAC, MNM, magnesium threonate, ashwagandha, omega-3s, these are all staples I highly recommend for anyone. Mushrooms along with peptides are on the frontier. I'd expect these two (read thousands) to change how we approach therapeutic treatments and tackle the problems of aging and disease.
The research coming out around immunity and gut health and the massive impact of maintaining a stable microbiome is probably the most important IMO. So many health conditions are in someway downstream of a damaged microbiome.
I tried Lion’s Mane which has been good for focus, but I wanted something more broad spectrum. Turkey Tail kept showing up in studies tied to microbiome support, and even RFK has talked about functional mushrooms and natural medicine in a couple of interviews, which honestly didn't surprise me given his dedication to finding real solutions to health without the money incentive, and it made me even more curious.
I picked this brand because I take their omega-3 and coq10 and they have the greatest attention to detail when it comes to manufacturing and processing of the ingredients they work with. Their QC and knowledge of material handling is second to none. I've never encountered another brand that goes to the lengths they do to ensure the quality of their supplements and the education of their customers.
Given what I've seen from them before, I was not suprised to learn that they are meticulous in the selection of the mushrooms, the growing, handling and processing of them, and that they used a dual extraction method to provide both beta-glucans and triterpenes. Keeping it all organic is crucial too since it would be counter productive to introduce anything that can harm your gut bacteria.
I ordered on the 5th of last month, they shipped fast and I added them to my morning stack the same day, so for the purpose of this review it's been slightly more than a month of use.
TLDR: they provide good background support.
What they are not: They don't produce a massive stimulant kick, or even provide direct energy. They're not a sleeping pill either, but while that may seem like a big list of negatives, it's really not. I do not want anything unnatural happening,
What they are: So far the biggest difference has come from my sleep, and I'll go into that in more detail in a moment. But from sleeping better, I notice a steady difference in how the day flows.
For at least the past 2 years I've dealt with a daily struggle of feeling like I needed to nap both in the afternoon and right after dinner. Coffee was my go to, but it impacted my sleep too much that I felt I had to stop drinking it after lunch. I further reduced it to mornings only, something I thought would really kick my a@@. My workload requires that I run a lot of code sprints and usually at around the 6 hours mark tiredness would creep in sets in or my attention would wander off. This is where I feel the most important change has occured because the desire to sleep at inappopriate times has been greatly diminished and my energy reamins quite consistent.
I had hoped for this and from the outset the thing I was most interested to see was the difference, if any it would make to my sleep score. I realised that my reliance on coffee and other stimulants was definitely not healthy short term or long term so a while ago I began to track my sleep quality on an Oura ring. Reducing caffeine intake to morning only moved the needle a lot, and since starting on the the turkey tail my HRV scores have been trending higher too, which is usually a good proxy for overall recovery. I’m seeing more deep sleep and fewer wake-ups during the night on the app and I'm feeling the benefits when I awake and throughout the day.
I attribute the improvement in sleep to the betterment of my energy during the day, and my ability to remain dialed in.
Digestion feels cleaner as well — I’ve had zero stomach issues with this, which hasn’t been the case with every mushroom supplement I’ve tried and my bowel movements are generally easier though it coincided with my body hitting the 6 month mark of carnivore and adapting. My expectation though is that it is helping to regulate far more than can necesaarily be felt through the digestive tract. With 80% of the immune system being within the stomach biome, I am very interested to see how my body responds this winter.
Funcitonal therapeutics like this shouldn't be considered a quick hack,. I'm building a strong foundation to keep my internals functioning optimally, without disruption, and this so far is a great additive.
I tried another one before which made gave me stomach cramps and sometimes nausea. This one doesn't. It just makes me feel calmer and more awake at the same time. Very happy with it.
I’m a dad in my 40s juggling work, kids, and everything else. Supplements usually feel like snake oil to me, but the wife convinced me to give it a try.
To my surprise, I’ve noticed two really clear changes: 1) I don’t feel wiped out by 9 pm anymore, and 2) my focus at work is easier to maintain. I’m not bouncing off the walls like with caffeine, it’s more like my brain just gets less distracted.
Less brain fog, more steady energy. I’ll keep taking it.
I bought this mainly because I’ve been a light sleeper for as long as I can remember. That got worse with the stress of having a child diagnosed with autism. It hasn’t “cured” my anxiety or removed the stress obviously, but I can honestly say my sleep has improved. The biggest thing for me was that I would usually lay awake for hours. My husband and I banned screens from the bedroom and stopped eating and drinking a few hours before bed which helped a bit. The biggest difference since starting with these and magnesium is that I now I fall asleep within 10 or 20 minues. My husband is happy to report that he doesn't get kicked or the covers ripped off him so much anymore and even if I wake up, I usually get back to sleep quite easily. All in all, since my sleep has improved, my life while no less complicated seems a bit easier to manage. It's remarkable what a good nights sleep can do for you during the day.
Not had so much as a sniffle since I started taking it.
