Miracle supplement

I am a firm believer in exhausting all natural remedies and physical exercise and therapy before taking any medication or going in for surgery. After developing crippling pain in my left wrist, I was put forward as a candidate for carpel tunnel srugery. I almost gave in and even went as far as attending a consultation. Luckily the wait list was quite long so I was forced to find a solution during the wait.
I tried a few different alternative therapies including accupuncture and physiotherapy. I'm still doing the physio weekly, and I have regular stretching exercises, but it turns out the pain was not a trapped nerve, it was being caused by a decay in my shoulder joints and associdated inflammation.

Arrived in a postage bag with the lid off, pills scattered in and out of the pot as the "seal" was not attached and the lid does not even fit. Not impressed.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention!

First let me say that I'm really sorry this happened and I completely understand your frustration with it. I would feel the same disappointment.

This should not have happened. We have thens of thousands of bottles produced every week and the lids are sealed by machine, and underneath the lid is another foil seal which needs to be punctured or removed to access the supplements. We have been in business since 2005 and have quite a streamlined operation now, with a lot of inspections and quality checks in place.
So I am not sure how on earth this happened other than perhaps the parcel got crushed during delivery.
