Subscriptions can be cancelled with a single click after your first refill.
PLEASE NOTE: cancelling your subscription is not available until after your first refill - meaning your 2nd shipment.
This is done to ensure we can continue to offer discounts to all those who wish to subscribe.
When a customer subscribes, we do not have to pay substantial marketing costs to Google or Facebook for each order. This allows us to pass these savings on to you.
But, this falls apart if people place a subscription order to receive the free shipping and discount on their first order with us, and then immediately cancel their subscription.
Therefore, to be able to continue offering significant cost savings to subscribe and save customers, we have sadly had to make it only possible to cancel a subscription any time after the customer has received their first refill (meaning the second shipment of the product they subscribed to).
