The best anti inflammatory vitamin ever. I have osteoarthritis in both hips, had trouble sleeping before started taking these. I now sleep through the night and the pain is manageable. I gave been taking these for 8 years and truly believe without them I woukd gave gad hip replacement by now. Consistency us key, took about 4 weeks for full benefit. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Good size tablet that seems to help our joints

It’s hard to know whether the supplements help much as when things are going well, you are too afraid to stop! I was expected to need a knee replacement due to injury, in 2015 but am still able to walk 20 km. I take the turmeric and fish oils.
