I have arthritis in both hand but found this after a long search, I’ve been taking it now have nearly 3 years. I’m on four tablets today. I have no side-effects whatsoever but hey if you’ve got arthritis this is the one a superb supplement taking with it partner I no longer need any wrist or hand supports fantastic.
