The best anti inflammatory vitamin ever. I have osteoarthritis in both hips, had trouble sleeping before started taking these. I now sleep through the night and the pain is manageable. I gave been taking these for 8 years and truly believe without them I woukd gave gad hip replacement by now. Consistency us key, took about 4 weeks for full benefit. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I like the idea of taking just one capsule per day. It would be even nicer if you could make them much smaller and easier to swallow please.
