Have taken tablets for just over a week now so its a little early to say much, however my skin issues are more comfortable and I’m not getting up so often during the night.
I buy Resveratrol from PureClinica. I noticed an improvement in my breathing (I had shortness of breath after Covid) after taking it. I tried cutting down to one tablet every second day and the breathing problems returned. That shows that the tablets are helping.
