130mg MSM (Methylsulphonylmethane). A necessary sulphur that maintains cell membrane flexibility and permeability, helps with connective tissue health and the formation of collagen fibres, and provides the body with the materials it needs to help create new cells and repair and replace damaged cells in the joint.

These tablets are really helping with the pain of arthritis and I recommend them to anyone with this problem. I will continue to purchase these unless pushed to buy cheaper alternative's which do work but not quite as well.

Body part specific improvements

I have pain in my knee and in my shoulders. Ultraflex has helped with the pain in my knee, but not my shoulder

Much better than expected

I ordered this on a whim because I have just never tried a product like this, despite having stiff wrists. Needless to say it was much better than expected since my wrists feels very loose and flexible. I'll definitely keep ordering this product
