Ginkgo Biloba

It's difficult being objective, I've been taking Ginko for more than 30+ years now. I hope it's working, being 77 I'm confident it is judging by the people I talk to who are younger than me. My mind fires on all cylinders are far as I know.

A sharper mind

I watch many of the more popular podcasts on YouTube, and over the course of the past few years I noticed a trending subject was nootropics.
