Well priced omega 3 considering the high epa/dha concentration. I have some physical issues I am hoping this can help me with but more so I take it for general health.

Not sure if it's better or not

I'm not sure if this is better than my other omega 3 product or not. It can be hard to tell. But this has more dha and epa per serving for about the same price, so I will keep ordering this one

No aftertaste but burps

I have used this omega 3 supplement for a month now. I don't get any fish burps from it, but it can leave a fishy aftertaste in my mouth. That's why I make sure to take it with breakfast, so that I can brush my teeth afterwards

Dry skin

I have dry skin , and I take fish oil and hyaluronic acid for it. I have found this combination to work pretty well for my skin, and can recommend the same to others with dry skin

Lowers cholesterol

I take it to improve my levels, and it has helped lower my cholesterol. I had a checkup before I started using it and about three months after, and I was down 23 points.

Joints are thankful

I ordered Pureclinicas omega 3 a month ago and it arrived the day after. I have used it every day since and my joints are better off for it. I would be the most stiff in the mornings when I get out of bed and I would almost have a small limp the first hour because of my stiff knee and hip but this has gotten so much better now. Not even close to a small limp anymore! Great product Pureclinica keep them coming :)

Good for arthritis

I have arthritis in my wrist and this came recommended by a friend of the family who also has arthritis. She has it in her knees and I have it in my wrist so I figured if it can help her it can help me too. I would never have considered omega 3 for arthritis pain so I was sceptical but turns out its is pretty amazing for it. At least for me it works even better than turmeric

Amazed

I have used Pureclinicas Omega 3 for a couple of months and I am very happy, even AMAZED. I ordered it because I needed to improve my Lipo profile and cholesterol so I made changes to my diet and started using this product. I had my check up earlier this week after using this product for eight weeks and my cholesterol levels have improved greatly and my doctor said I have normal levels now!! Going to keep using this going forward

Amazing

The climate where I live makes my dry eyes condition worse. But since I started taking this I wake up in the morning and they are not nearly as dry or irritated (mornings are when they usually are at their worst). This product is just what I was looking for and will continue buying!

Good

This omega 3 is helping me clear up and improve my skin. It seems more supple and less dry. Is this supposed to happen with omega 3? Maybe it's something else causing it. Either way, I would recommend this product

Easy on the stomach

The bottle doesn't smell that much when I open it, which is a good sign. That means the pills are well coated, not cheaply made. There's not that strong of a fishy aspect to them, unless you keep them in your mouth for a little while before swallowing. Very unusual for me to burp from these, although it happens sometime.

Will order again

I was having trouble with constipation and it made me bloated. I started a supplement cleansing routine of my body and that included omega 3 among other things. My constipation has been getting better and I attribute part of it to this omega 3 supplement

high quality omega 3

I use this because of the high EPA / DHA levels that comes with each capsule. I work out intensely and need higher doses of EPA and DHA to supply my body with what it needs. I take 5 of these every morning and with my old brand I had to literally take 10 each morning and that's a lot even for me! Much more convenient and actually cheaper than my old brand when I buy this in bulk. Great product at a great price

No more brain fog

This product is SO GOOD! I had terrible brain fog and didn't know how to get rid of it, no amount of coffee could give me mental clarity but this supplement really has done a number on me in three weeks. Love it!

Eczema

I ordered omega 3 to help with my eczema. I use it with some other supplements since eczema is something that needs to be attacked from several angles. I'm seeing a specialist too but I want to do as much as possible myself

Good product and price

I have taken Pureclinica's omega 3 for a week the capsules are a bit large but they still god own easily. I am less fatigues since I started taking them. I am taking a beta blocker and statin too. I will order this product again

Omega 3

I have used omega 3 for one month. My left knee is not cracking like it used to. I assume it's doing what it should on the inside of my body since it, had that effect on my knee.

So good I can highly recommend it

This is great! I was using omega 3 and turmeric from another brand but did not understand what all the hype about that combination was about. Found Pureclinica and decided to try the combination with turmeric and omega 3 from them instead and NOW I understand the hype. My arthritic knee and shoulder has been throbbing with pain and this has been a lifesaver for me. I am usually impatient but now it can take some time for it to build up in your system so gave it some time and now six weeks later I feel a lot better. Both pain and swelling has reduced and I feel better than I have in a long time

Long term supply

A bottle of this will last you for a long time. I have used it for two weeks and I can already help it with inflammation and soreness from my training. A bottle will last you for months. 3 for me personally since I am active so I need 2 per day. Will be ordering more as soon as I run out

Best of the best

I have used this for a long long time and it's the best omega 3 out there. I take it with my breakfast every mornings and the softgels are quite easy to swallow without that fishy taste. I have felt a difference in my 65 year old body. Will keep on using Pureclinica Omega 3 and I can recommend this product

This is good with multi vitamins for a healthy body

I don't use a lot of supplements except for multi vitamins and this product. It is great for my body in many ways but mainly by reducing inflammation that causes my knee to swell up sometimes. It has improved since I started using this where the swelling is not as bad once it flares up

No fishy burps

I take it every morning and the pills are a bit big but si is all omega 3 pills. Wit this good amount of DHA and EPA I only have to take 2 per day and with my old brand I literally had to take 4 to get the same dose. Much more convenient and also this brand feels higher quality over all.

Really good

I work long hours and have a new born baby at home which means not so much sleep and lots on my mind constantly. I find that this product helps remove brain fog so that I have an easier time staying on top of this and experience more mental clarity

Great for those who haven't tried it

I have used all types of omega 3 brands before and I am quite picky but this is my favorite one by far and I am confident in it. I use it with Pureclinicas Curcumin and it is really really good for my joints

Fish oil that doesn't make me sick!

I don't know if its my stomach specifically or what but omega 3's always seem to make me sick to my stomach and burp but I have not experienced the twitch Pureclinicas Omega 3 at all.

Knee inflammation

I got inflammation in my knee which caused it to swell up and get really tight. I started taking this omega 3 supplement from Pureclinica because I know omega 3 is good for inflammation and this was a month ago. Today my knee swelling is much better although not fixed but it is progressing quickly! I recommend this product and rate it 5/5

Good product

When it comes to supplements it comes down to if you trust the company or not. I trust Pureclinica as my supplement provider. The omega 3 contains a hefty amount of EPA and DHA. This it the good stuff basically, and is what helps keep your heart healthy. I will be using this in the future too.

I feel better

My mood is better in general and I am more alert. I also noticed that my skin tone is improving, it has gotten a bit more bright and clear so it looks healthier

Been using this product for a few months now and I am absolutely amazed. I started taking it because my cholesterol levels were too high and the doctor said it's really helpful if the omega 3 is of high quality. Pureclinica Omega 3 has to be what he would consider "high quality" because on my latest checkup my cholesterol levels have improved dramatically. I have used the product for 4 months. No fish taste or burps and cheaper than fish

I take this after I have eaten breakfast every morning (this ensures you don't get fish burps) and it improves my concentration and reduces brain fog. I don't like the taste of fish so I'm glad I can get all the benefits through this supplement instead (it's also cheaper than eating a bunch of fish!)

I have been taking omega 3 for many years since it can help with HDL numbers. I like the amount of EPA and DHA per serving in relation to the price of the product, good value

Good product that I will order again

Not too big pills so they're ok to swallow and doesn't give me those nasty fish burps during the day! THe only times I have gotten that is if i take them on an empty stomach and don't eat anything for a couple of hours. It has helped reduce the pain for my arthritic knee a lot which is why i ordered the product so its working like I hoped it would

hidden benefits!

I ordered this because it helps with cholesterol but low and behold before I even had a time to check up on my levels I have noticed that my joint pain has gotten better. After reading some more about omega 3 I learnt that this is one of the positive effects of it, I thought it was just for cardiovascular and general health! Helps anxiety and brain fog too

This product has helped relieve anxiety and reduce brain fog. Both my anxiety and my brain for together cased me to not be so happy on most occasions but thanks to this I am now in a better place with less negative thoughts and more space in my head for pleasant thoughts too. I only get fish burps if I don't take it with a meal so I make sure to always do that

It works for me

Time will tell

Just as with all supplements, time will tell if they work. It's hard to measure the effects of omega 3 for me. As long as I don't experience fish burps I'm happy

best for my dry eyes

Amazing for dry eyes! Wasn't sure how long it would take to notice an effect but surely within two weeks I woke up for the first time not having dry and red eyes. I probably use a third of the eyedrops I used to by now and I feel like I'll be able to stop using them in a few weeks time if it keeps progressing like this. If you have dry eyes you'll want to give this product a try.
