Helped with fatigue and brain fog
Started taking this B Vitamin Complex about six weeks ago after dealing with constant tiredness and brain fog. I’ve tried a few B-complexes over the years and most of them didn’t really do much except make my pee neon green. This one seems different. This B complex pill is an effective supplement. I felt it's effects within just a few weeks of use. It's took a bit of time for my body to adjust, I'm very sensitive to medications and supplements. I felt like my stomach was churning a bit the first day so I cut the pills in half for the first week and only took one half. Then I started taking one half in the morning and one half before dinner and it is fine. The pills are really small size so very easy to swallow.

I’ve been vegan for 7 years and have always supplemented B12, but this covers everything in one go. The fact that it’s all bioactive is a big deal to me because I know I’m actually absorbing it. I have a problem with not being able to absorb non methalyted folin.
