I have been a

I figure if I take what's recommended by John Hopkins, the Mayo Clinic, and my own doctor to give the best chance of living a long and fit life, then I should be ok. And honestly, they work. At some point I became a bit obsessed with getting healthy and I got I into biohacking. That's when I found out about the benefits of krill oil and started taking it at the recommended dose. After years of trying different Omega-3 supplements, Ive settled on krill oilspecifically Superba krill oilas my go-to, and for good reason. First off, Ive become really cautious about the quality of Omega-3 supplements, especially after learning about the sketchy stuff involved in farming fish for oil. Farmed fish are often exposed to a cocktail of chemicalspesticides, antibiotics, even PCBsand thats before you even get to the fact that theyre fed an unnatural diet of corn, soy, and other fillers that fish in the wild wouldnt touch. This all results in lower levels of DHA and EPA, which are the main reasons were taking Omega-3 supplements in the first place.

Thats where krill oil comes in, and Superba krill oil, in particular, has really impressed me. For one, krill arent exposed to the same chemical pollution as farmed fish, because theyre harvested from clean waters far from industrial contamination. The purity alone makes a huge difference. Plus, the Omega-3s in krill oil are in a phospholipid form, which means theyre easier for your body to absorbno need for extra processing. Ive noticed that with fish oil, my body seems to work harder to get the same benefits. With krill oil, it feels like my system puts the nutrients to use more efficiently.
