Glad I tried it

I bought this on a whim because I was curious about ashwagandha. I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks but I can already feel a difference. I have more even energy, I feel calmer in myself and my partner has noticed a positive improvement in my mood. My sleep is deeper too which has the effect that I don’t crash in the afternoons anymore. Surprised how much difference this has made.

Actually sleeping better

I started taking one capsule at night and I’ve noticed I fall asleep quicker and wake up less. It’s not like a sleeping pill knock-out, it’s just easier to switch off. It feels very natural to me, not like a heavy or loopy feeling with sleeping pills.

Didn’t Expect Much but Impressed

Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but these have been a game changer. I work long hours, and by the time I get to bed my mind usually won’t shut off. Since taking this I fall asleep as fast as my 2 year old, I sleep right through to the morning, and I wake up feeling good. On top of that, I haven't had any issues which I did previously with a supermarket brand. Easily one of the best supplements I’ve tried.

Great strength, lasts ages

I first heard of the Zenvedha brand of ashwagadha on a Hulu show a while back. I was pleasently surprised to find it here as I've been using pureclinica for my resveratrol for a while and I always have a good experience with their CS. The big difference for me with these, aside from being zenvedha is that I only have to take one a day, same with the resveratrol. I’ve tried other brands and they usually want you to take two or three to get often times a weaker dose, which is a rip-off IMO.

The bottle lasts three months which makes it decently priced compared to the ones I used before. I’ve been on it for about six weeks now and I can tell it’s working — I feel more balanced, less wound up, and my sleep’s better too. I read that the affects are only in the root so it's great that this made from the root only. Definitely sticking with this one.
