The tablet is easy to take, the benefits are many, from digestion and natural anti-inflammatory. About two years I have been supplying myself from Puriclinica, from resvenatrol to curcumin, the products always have a quantity in mg, higher than others.

I was using glucosamine and chondroitin but with little or no results.I started taking Inflammease as a last resort, since I would then basically be putting every ingredient I knew of in my body. The curcumin dose is roughly the same per pill as my other one but this one also has Collagen and ALA. Helps relieve some pain and improve mobility
I have chronic pain due to my fibromyalgia . Curcuminhelps with the inflammation and pain. I think the added Spirulina and ALA makes . a big difference, I have used curcumin in the past and have not gotten this much pain relief from that ingredient alone.

Inflammease is a supplement that helped my swollen knee
After taking it for a week I noticed that my muscles and joints seemed stronger. I was able to get out of my chair with less effort and pain while stairs feels a bit easier to tackle. I'm still using it and plan on ordering more
